چکیده
Rasna saptak kwath (RSK) is an Ayurvedic polyherbal formulation. In classics it recommended to administer this drug in decoction form only, treat inflammation and pain related the rheumatoid disorders. The present study was carried fulfill two aims. First aim characterize preparation i.e. RSK which a formulation comprising of eight ingredients including adjuvant drug, on basis physicochemical, pharmaceutical, microbiological, spectroscopic chromatographic parameters confirm its identity, quality purity. second provide into some another dosage for much better therapeutic activity comparison form. Both extracts were compared standardization antioxidant activity. results revealed that HA extract possess more phyto-constituents. IC50 33.3µg/ml while AQ 480µg/ml. Microbial load heavy metal analysis their safety issue.
